GoSlow

This project redefines the traditional use of GoPro cameras, typically associated with capturing daring feats in extreme sports. In GoSlow, the cameras are attached to everyday objects – like a cheese grater, a remote control, or even a cucumber – filming the mundane, uneventful moments of daily life. By highlighting the ordinary, the work challenges the idea that excitement and adventure are necessary for meaning, suggesting that, for many, extreme experiences are irrelevant or unattainable. Instead, it celebrates the beauty of slowness and simplicity, reminding us that sometimes, it’s okay for life to just be boring.
